Kent Schlosser

P&E Company Vice President

Kent Schlosser is P&E Company’s Vice President of Operations, a role he began in 2020 after spending nine years with the company as a project manager.

A graduate of George Mason University (Electrical Engineering), Kent is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and began his engineering career in the aviation industry before a family member recommended he look into P&E.

“The camaraderie here—all the way from the janitor to the CEO—was a breath of fresh air,” Kent says. “The quality of people here is awesome. They are super people to work both for and with.”

P&E’s caring attitude hit home for Kent. He says that the organization cares for its employees like members of a family; coworkers look out for each other.

In Kent’s current role, he gets to oversee every aspect of P&E Company’s work. He loves getting out to job sites and seeing the pride P&E’s union employees put into their craftsmanship. “It’s our job to make our customers look good,” Kent says. He enjoys seeing teams show off their hard work—and setting those same employees up for future achievements. His goals for P&E Company include continuing to diversify the organization’s capabilities and customer base and strengthening relationships. “I want to help set us up for the next 75 years of success,” Kent says.

When he’s not at P&E, Kent likes to travel with his wife and two children, hike and hunt. He’s currently trying to talk his wife into a trip to Antarctica, the only continent he’s yet to visit.
