P&E Solutions Vice President Nathan Hoyle resonates with P&E’s core value of passion. “I like learning new things and working with new customers,” Nathan says. “I like seeing a good, safe project through from start to finish—and seeing both customers and our team succeed.”
Nathan studied computer engineering at Kansas State University before spending eight years in the healthcare industry tackling a variety of roles. When he and his wife decided they wanted to come back to Wichita to be closer to family, Nathan’s father was working at P&E and suggested he look into switching careers. Nathan took his advice and came on board at P&E as a project manager in 2008, working mostly with oil and gas clients. When P&E launched P&E Solutions in 2020, Nathan was chosen to lead the new organization.
“I want to continue to grow the team and the company,” says Nathan. His team has expanded quickly in the new organization’s first year alone. “I’m looking forward to P&E Solutions becoming known as the go-to company for certain types of projects and building a good, sustainable future.”
When he’s not leading P&E Solutions, Nathan likes spending time with his wife, two children and their large extended family in the area. Outside P&E, you can find Nathan and his family playing games, watching movies and traveling the globe together.
