State-of-the-art distributed control system upgrade for OneOK in Hutchinson, KS

Project Overview

P&E Company recently completed a full Distributed Control System upgrade for OneOK’s Hutchinson, Kansas, natural gas facility. Led by Project Manager Mark Smith, P&E Company’s electrical team delivered on-time and on-budget. P&E Company provided state-of-the-art improvements to OneOK’s instrumentation system. The team completely rewired the control room and installed and labeled more than 2,000 terminations. The project scope also included piping, structured cabling and cable trays. The new system will extend the longevity of OneOK’s process plant and increase its accuracy.
