Maverick Woodbridge serves as President of P&E, bringing more than a decade of leadership and industry experience to the organization. Since joining P&E in 2012 as a Project Manager, Maverick has built his career through a combination of client relationships, operational expertise, strategic vision, and a commitment to the company’s continued growth.
In 2020, Maverick transitioned into the role of Business Development Manager, where he focused on strengthening client relationships and expanding the company’s market presence. His leadership and proven ability to drive growth led to his promotion to President in 2023. Today, he leads the Pre-Construction team in pursuing new opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships, and positioning P&E for continued success and sustainable growth.

Beyond his responsibilities at P&E, Maverick is actively involved in the Wichita community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Sedgwick County Zoo and supports the Wichita Metro Crime Commission, the parent nonprofit organization of Crime Stoppers. His commitment to service reflects P&E’s dedication to making a positive impact both within and beyond the industries it serves.
Outside of work, Maverick enjoys traveling with his wife and exploring destinations known for their natural beauty. Whether scuba diving in the clear waters of Cozumel, Mexico, or hiking in the mountains of Colorado, they enjoy experiences that combine adventure, relaxation, and an appreciation for the outdoors.
