Maverick Woodbridge is P&E’s President of Business Development and manages the business development team. Their goal is to develop relationships while pursuing strategic opportunities that solve challenges for new and existing clients.
After starting his career in Zoology, Maverick received an invitation to join P&E in 2012 as a Project Manager. He enjoyed learning the new ropes (or pipes) of construction with the help of knowledgeable mentors along the way. In 2020, he accepted a promotion as a Business Development Manager, and now in 2022, is leading that team to secure new work that will continue to put P&E on the map.
“I really appreciate the culture and values we have at P&E. We have great people and I’ve stayed because of the people. We’ve also reached over 1.1 million accident-free hours, which indicates how important safety is alongside excellent work. But I also really enjoy getting to know our clients personally and professionally, learning about their challenges and how we help them be more successful.”
As an Oklahoma State University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and Zoology, Maverick serves on the Board of Directors for the Sedgwick County Zoo. His care for the community reaches beyond P&E’s core values to the Wichita Metro Crime Commission, the parent nonprofit of Crime Stoppers, as well.
When Maverick is not drumming up new business for P&E Company, he and his wife enjoy traveling to destinations with beautiful beaches for serene scuba diving experiences or hiking. Favorite return trips are to Cozumel, Mexico and the mountains of Colorado for their friendly culture and exquisite scenery.
