Tom Posell is the Chief Operating Officer of P&E Company. Before joining P&E, Tom worked in a variety of EPC and EPCM leadership roles across multiple industry sectors with a focus on growth, P&L responsibility, and large project management.
“My career has prepared me to be successful in both maturing and challenging organizations,” said Tom. “And while challenged organizations and projects bring stress and difficulty to the people involved, those challenges are our best teachers.”
Tom was drawn to the opportunity to help grow a billion-dollar business at P&E. He shares P&E’s commitment to family values, strong work ethic, and a thriving economy. He appreciates the company’s agility across a variety of commercial and technical environments and is enjoying building strategies to grow the business while developing its people.

When he’s not at P&E, Tom enjoys watching Texas Aggies football, spending time with his family, and playing music on his guitar.
